About the #TeamTommie Virginia License Plate
We are excited to present the #TeamTommie license plate! We need to receive 450 advance applications to have a new specialty license plate from the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in 2020.
The specialty plate will cost $25 annually for a standard plate and $35 annually for a personalized plate. A portion of each plate’s annual fee will go to The Tommie Fund, which helps offset the costs of emergency medical care services at municipal shelters and public animal control agencies in Virginia.
How it works
The pre-order applications and plate fees must be sent to the RACC Foundation (not to the DMV) and we will hold the checks and money orders until we reach our minimum. Once we have collected at least 450 prepaid applications for the new plate, a bill will be submitted to the Virginia General Assembly for the 2020 session to designate the plate as an official Virginia license plate.
We need completed applications with Payment by DECEMBER 31, 2019!

Please note:
Applications and payment must be received by DECEMBER 31, 2019
If you do not want a personalized plate, choose option C. You will be issued a NEW plate number.
The maximum number of characters for a personalized plate is 6. You may visit the DMV website to see if your request is available.
You can NOT send in renewal payments with this application. It will not be accepted.
You MUST carry insurance for your application to be accepted.
